Headshot of student athlete Caleb Rhodes

Olive-Harvey College sophomore first baseman Caleb Rhodes has been named NJCAA Region 4 Division I Player of the Year.

Rhodes, who is earning an associate degree in business, led the Panthers offensively this season, batting .466 with 13 home runs, eight doubles and 51 RBIs in 38 games. He also drew 32 walks, including 25 intentional walks, was hit by 16 pitches and struck out only five times all season.
