Senior Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs at Malcolm X College Roy Walker III has been selected as a 2025-26 Fellow in the American Council on Education (ACE) Fellows Program.
For nearly 60 years, the ACE Fellows Program has aided in the development of senior leadership in higher education across the country—helping shape the careers of chief executive officers, provosts, deans, and many others. Now, Senior Vice President Walker joins this distinguished cohort.
“Being selected as an ACE Fellow is both a personal honor and a recognition of the transformative work happening at Malcolm X College,” Walker said. “I look forward to learning from leaders across the country and bringing those insights back to serve our students and community with greater impact!”
As a 2025-26 ACE Fellow, SVP Walker will participate in a year of immersive learning and mentorship. The fellowship year also includes retreats, policy and leadership training, and a customized placement at another college or university—offering fellows the opportunity to gain hands-on executive-level experience.
