Two City Colleges Earn Recognition as 2024 Military Friendly Schools

Harold Washington College and Malcolm X College have proudly earned the 2024-2025 Military Friendly® School designation, a recognition of their commitment to supporting student veterans. This designation is awarded based on public data analysis and a survey. Out of more than 1,800 participating institutions, only 537 earned this special recognition for exceeding the standard in areas such as student retention, graduation, job placement, and loan repayment—particularly for student veterans.

The 2024-2025 Military Friendly® Schools list will be published in the May and October issues of G.I. Jobs magazine and is available online at www.militaryfriendly.com.
