Olive-Harvey College has been recognized as one of the 2025 Most Promising Places to Work in Community Colleges by the National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development (NISOD) and Diverse: Issues in Higher Education.
This recognition highlights Olive-Harvey’s commitment to workplace diversity, equitable staffing practices, and fostering an inclusive work environment. Colleges are selected based on the results of a survey that evaluates family friendliness, salary and benefits, and professional development opportunities. Olive-Harvey was also named one of the Most Promising Places to Work in Community Colleges in 2024.
This recognition demonstrates Olive-Harvey’s determination to set a standard for excellence in higher education by investing in faculty and staff well-being, cultivating a welcoming and supportive culture, and prioritizing opportunities for growth and advancement.
