Associate Vice Chancellor of Adult Education Luis Narvaez has been selected as one of the 2025 State Advocates for Adult Education Fellows by the Coalition on Adult Basic Education (COABE). This prestigious fellowship supports grassroots advocacy and helps build a national network of leaders focused on advancing adult education.
