Senior Dean of Adult Education at Olive-Harvey and Truman Colleges Dr. Lee Jackson has been selected to participate in the prestigious Minority Serving Institutions (MSI) Aspiring Leaders program through Rutgers University.
The MSI Aspiring Leaders program, organized by the Rutgers Center for Minority Serving Institutions, is a nationally recognized initiative dedicated to cultivating the next generation of presidents and senior leaders at Minority Serving Institutions. Dr. Jackson’s selection for this highly competitive program showcases his exceptional leadership and dedication to advancing equity and success in higher education.
As a participant in the fifth cohort, Dr. Jackson will meet with esteemed mentors, including MSI presidents, and collaborate with peers who share a passion for transformative change. Through forums and leadership development opportunities, this program will equip Dr. Jackson with the tools and insights needed to make an even greater impact on the lives of students at Olive-Harvey and Truman. Dr. Jackson follows in the footsteps of Olive-Harvey Senior Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs Dr. Brandon Nichols who was named to Rutgers University’s Minority Serving Institutions (MSI) Aspiring Leaders program last year.
