Whether it’s through academic support, career counseling, or simply a listening ear, we are here to help you achieve your goals. You also have your peers to lean on for support. Getting involved on campus and taking advantage of the many opportunities available is a great way to enhance your college experience and gain new skills while building community.
Daley College student and City Colleges student trustee David Ramirez is extremely involved in campus activities and improving things for all students at City Colleges. He’s a member of Daley’s Student Government Association (SGA), a mentor, and a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. David admits he was a little shy to begin participating in new activities, but now he’s proud to have his voice heard and see the difference he’s making on campus at all the colleges.
Attending back-to-school events at your campus is a great first step to learn how to get involved. Find an activity at your college here.
We challenge all our students this semester to step outside of their comfort zone, try something new, get involved on campus, and make the Fall 2024 semester the best one yet!
