STEAMbassadors Prepare for Future Careers in Education this Summer at Truman College

This summer, in partnership with Northwestern University, 95 City Colleges students are preparing for their future teaching careers by learning to engage elementary and middle-school students in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) activities such as coding music, flying drones, building machines, and more. Our future educators have not only become more acclimated with STEAM activities and equipment, but have become Apple Educators and gained experience with lesson planning and other teaching strategies that will help them in the classroom.
