Truman: First Generation Student Day of Celebration 

First-Generation College Student Celebration Day is a national celebration that occurs every year on or around November 8th to acknowledge and elevate first-generation college students and alumni identities and contributions.  Today is the day to celebrate being a First-Generation student!  Wear your “I am 1st Gen T-shirt" or button, stop by the FG table at the Registration Jam, and post your photos and stories on social media with the hashtags #firstgenproud #onetruman #celebratefirstgen
