Truman: Black History Month Field Trip - Kaben Kafo with Michael Taylor

Join the First Year Experience Program on a field trip to the Old Town School of Music! 

Kaben Kafo means "let’s play together" in the Malinke language, spoken in Guinea, West Africa. Kaben Kafo is a an ensemble of studied and gifted musicians, playing together to explore the intricacies, complexities and depth that is part of djembe/dunun music, which dates back to the 12th century.
