Transfer-mation Leadership Conference

Transfer-mation Leadership Conference is an event where students interested in transferring to a university can learn how to prepare for transfer from "transfer exploration" to being "transfer ready." This district-wide conference will help students discover the roadmap from CCC to their desired university, and the tools and resources needed to support the journey.
