Increase Student Engagement and Learning by Leveraging Technological Tools
TWT 101 is a two-week 6-hour asynchronous course focusing on "online live" and web-enhanced courses competencies. It’s relevant to instructors teaching any modality.
The course is facilitated by a CCC lead, and allows two weeks for you to work through the modules at your own pace. The target audience for TWT 101 is faculty and staff who want to explore creating effective learning experiences for students in Brightspace.
2 weeks of asynchronous learning in Brightspace (videos, content, discussions)
practice exercises in your Brightspace practice classroom (known as a "sandbox"), including a designed lesson using Backward Design, Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles, accessible course content and evidence of Regular & Substantive Interaction (RSI)
Knowledge Checks you can take as many times as you like at the end of each week.
