Malcolm X: Community Health Worker Information Session

The Community Health Worker (CHW) program focuses on universal competencies essential for primary and preventive healthcare. The curriculum will prepare them to serve as a liaison between the healthcare system and the community. Some roles students can apply to include Health Educator, Patient Navigator, Outreach Specialist, Promotor(a) de Salud, and Community Health Worker, among others.
