Harold Washington: FSA ID Creation Night

The Office of Financial Aid and the Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC) will host an FSA ID-creating night for students and parents. We will be assisting students and families on understanding the FSA ID process and providing the guidance on the next steps.

Student will need to present their student ID or a form of identification to attend this event. 

What is needed to complete an FSA ID:

Students:

• Full name/ social security number as they appear on official documents
• Date of birth
• Valid email address and phone number
• Immediate access to email account
• Proof of residential address

Parent 

• Full name/ social security number as they appear on official documents (if applicable)
• Date of birth
• Valid email address and phone number
• Immediate access to email account
• Proof of residential address
