In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, join us for Trauma-Informed Yoga, a gentle, supportive practice that promotes healing, mindfulness, and stress relief. This session also acknowledges the impact gender-based violence can have on mental and emotional well being, while creating a safe space for grounding, self-care, and community connection.
