Apprenticeships 101

Join us for National Apprenticeship Week to discover exciting work-based learning (WBL) opportunities at City Colleges of Chicago. These “earn and learn” experiences, available while you’re enrolled as a student, include apprenticeships, internships, project-based micro-internships, and other hands-on learning opportunities. These programs allow you to gain valuable on-the-job experience in your chosen field, build a professional network, and showcase your technical and employability skills, all of which help position you as a competitive candidate for your future career. During this session, we will explain how WBL works at City Colleges, explore its benefits, and highlight current apprenticeship and work-based learning opportunities available to you.
