Join us on April 14, 21, and 28 for a three-part trauma-informed yoga series in recognition of Sexual Assault Awareness Month. These sessions offer a safe, supportive space to explore gentle movement, mindfulness, and stress relief.

Grounded in an understanding of the impact of gender-based violence, this series centers choice, empowerment, and body awareness. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace and engage in ways that feel comfortable.

Open to all. No prior yoga experience needed.
