Truman Library will host its second African American Read-In on Tuesday, February 17, starting at 1 p.m. in the library (L625). The National African American Read-In was established in 1990 by the Black Caucus of the National Council of Teachers of English to make literacy a significant part of Black History Month.

Join us for readings from Afrofuturist authors’ works, or share your own artistic vision of an African American future.
