Please join OH Financial Aid staff to complete your 2025-2026 FAFSA form or Alternative Application for Illinois Financial Aid (RISE Act) for qualifying undocumented students. You and your contributor are welcome!

What to bring? Your 2023 federal tax returns, W-2’s, and other records of money earned.
•    Banking statements and records of investments (if applicable.)
•    Records of untaxed income (if applicable).
Additional information you will need if you are completing the FAFSA:
•    Social Security Number. Be sure it is correct!
•    Your Alien Registration Number, if you (student) are not a U.S. citizen.
