We offer classes at locations throughout the city, and many programs are designed to help you get to work quickly.

Advanced Manufacturing—Career Bridge
This is a manufacturing program at Daley College for students who at the same time will be learning English as a second language or earning their high school diploma.
Auto Tech
This basic certificate at Olive-Harvey College is an entryway to electric-vehicle work and will introduce you to tools for diagnosing and repairing automotive issues.
EV Charging Station Installer
Prepare for a job maintaining, repairing, and operating electric-vehicle charging stations in 10 weeks at Daley College or Olive-Harvey College.
EV Pre-Apprenticeship
In just 12 weeks, you can learn the fundamentals of electric vehicles in preparation for a Rivian apprenticeship at Olive-Harvey College.
EV Rivian Apprenticeship
Automotive experience and basic knowledge of electrical systems are required for admission to this 5-month, hands-on program at Olive-Harvey College.
HVAC
Learn how to install or repair heating, central AC, and refrigeration systems, as well as programming in smart systems and commercial-energy management practices at Kennedy-King College.
HVAC—Career Bridge
This is a 16-week Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning program at Kennedy-King College for students who also need help learning English as a second language or earning their high school diploma.
Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician
Get training in industrial electrical systems—including conduit bending, wire and cable terminations, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance—in 9 weeks at Daley College.
Solar
Learn the basics of solar and electrical work in just 5 weeks with an IBEW pre-apprenticeship—available at Daley College.
