In the business world, there is always a need to deliver projects on time and on budget. This course will teach best-practice project management concepts, which apply to all project sizes, shapes, ands scopes. The course provides the necessary PMI contact hours that can lead to the CAPM certification and it is also suitable for those that manage projects on a regular basis as part of their job.
